• Software – any application or codebase linked from the Site (e.g., GitHub repositories).
• We / Us / Our – KeePassium Labs S.à r.l., 19 Rue de l’Industrie, L-8069 Bertrange, Luxembourg.
• You / Your – any natural person who visits the Site.

3. Licence to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and display the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Site in a way that disrupts its normal operation or infringes the rights of others.

Links to GitHub repositories are provided for convenience. Each repository includes its own licence, which governs your use of that Software. We make no warranties that linked Software is error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and you download and use it at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Content is © KeePassium Labs. You may quote or share short excerpts for non-commercial purposes provided you credit ClickStick.io with a link to the original page.

7. User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

• disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

• cap any unavoidable liability to €100.

If you believe any Content or linked Software infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to info@ClickStick.io. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

10. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

You may not access, download, or use any Software or Content in violation of applicable export-control or economic-sanctions laws, including EU and U.S. regulations. By using the Site you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted country or list.

11. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe to the newsletter in accordance with GDPR Article 8. Visitors under 16 may view the Site but must not provide personal data.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, or internet failures.
